We want you to be happy with your Merch-O-Mania order. As our products are produced on demand, please read the information below before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@merchomania.com as soon as possible.

Where possible, please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the problem. This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

CHANGE OF MIND, SIZE OR COLOUR

Our products are printed on demand specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we generally cannot offer voluntary returns or exchanges where the wrong size or colour was ordered, or where you simply change your mind.

Please check the product information and sizing carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders can enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@merchomania.com as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once production has started.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

RETURNS

Please contact us before returning any item. Do not send products directly to the manufacturer or print provider unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

In some cases, photographic evidence may be sufficient and a physical return may not be required.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your contract.
